In 2021, DBS invested in installing a solar energy system at its manufacturing unit, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. The initiative helps reduce environmental impacts, use clean energy and make production ever more responsible, in line with the company's commitment to the future.
Ambipar partnership
Certified reverse logistics.
DBS is part of Ambipar's reverse logistics program, ensuring the environmentally correct destination for our products' packaging after consumption. It's a commitment to the circular economy and to the planet's future.
The Circular Pack seal proves that DBS offsets, through cooperatives and licensed operators, the equivalent volume of packaging it places on the market. This material is collected, sorted and recycled, returning to the production chain instead of going to landfills.
The audit is carried out annually by Ambipar, with traceability of every ton allocated and issuance of a certificate. The program also generates income for waste pickers and partner cooperatives, combining environmental and social impact.
